8 boiled eggs
3 tablespoon(s) butter
1 teaspoon(s) anchovy paste
dill or parsley
red or black caviar
Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and crumble them in a bowl woth the butter and the anchovy paste.
Fill in the whites with the mixture and garnish with the chaviar and the dill or parsley.
Note: You can replace the chaviar with green and black olives.
