Put the green salad leaves in a big platter and assort the antipasti, except for the crispbread.
Serve the antipasti with the crispbread.
NOTES: Next to the anchovies you may put little balls of butter mixed with parsley.
You may add to or replace to the above: octopus with white vinegar, beetroots, tuna, boiled shrimp, smoked trout, herring filets, boiled eggs.
You may omit the salad leaves
