1 kg sliced fish, fresh or frozen (sea bream, grouper etc)

Clean and wash the slices of fish. Salt them and cover the slices with flour. Place them in a pan and sprinkle on some parsley and garlic.
Prepare the sauce. Dilute the tomato paste in some water, add half of the tomatoes, the lemon juice, salt, pepper and the olive oil and pour the mixture over the slices of fish.
Dice the remaining tomatoes and place them over the fish slices. Place the pan in a medium oven, at 250C and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
