1 carrot, chopped
1 cup(s) celery, chopped
2 onions, crushed
1 kg veal
2 tablespoon(s) butter

Heat the butter and saute the veal in a saucepan.Add the carrot, onions, the celery, salt and pepper and 3 cups of water. Cover with a lid and simmer until the veal is tender (2 hours maximum).

Slice the veal in thin slices and serve cold.
