1/2 cup(s) olive oil
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Tahini
2 cloves of garlic
2 cup(s) chickpeas

If you are using dry chickpeas lem them soak overnight at a pot full of water.

Boil the chickpeas until they are soft. Blend all of the ingredients in your food processor until they are smooth. Serve with warm pita bread.
