An amazing idea that compines meat with chocolate!
50 g butter
200 g dairy cream
1 cup(s) brandy
20 g white chocolate
400 g pork
1 cup(s) vegetable oil
Cut the pork in 1 1/2 inch cubes. Put the oil in a pan and fry the pork. Add the cream, the salt and the pepper. Add the brandy. Optionally, you can add some butter.
Heat the white chocolate in a small pan. Do not melt the chocolate completely. Serve the meat in a deep plate with rice. Pour the sauce and the chocolate on top.
