Cut feta cheese into eight slices. Slice the tomatoes and finely chop the garlic. Cut some tinfoil into four square pieces, about the size of a dinner plate.
Place a few slices of the tomato on the foil, then add some onion, two slices of feta, put on top some more tomato, sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper and drizzle with the olive oil. Repeat the process with the other three foils and close them.
Place the feta packages in a preheated oven at 200 C and cook for 20 minutes.
