1 tablespoon(s) oregano
1 lamb leg
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
2 lemons

Wash the lamb, and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Place it in a roasting pan and pour the olive oil and the lemon juice. Add 1 cup of water and roast in 180-200 C until it is well roasted.

Bathe the lamb with its sauce at regular intervals.

NOTES: it goes great with french fries
