Chop the chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
In a bowl mix 1/3 of the wine, mustard, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and the olive oil. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for 20 minutes.
In a large skillet pour the marinated chicken along with the mixture. Simmer for about 7 minutes on medium heat stirring regularly. Add the mushroom and the honey and stir well for a minute or two. Add a glass of water and let it boil for 10 minutes on medium heat. When done add the rest of the wine and allow another 5 minutes.
You can serve it with pasta, rice or on its own. |
