In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta for 8 to 10
minutes or until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. When done add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until the outside is no longer pink. Add the spinach and saute for another 3 minutes at which point add the tomato. Add a cup of water and let them boil all together for about 5 minutes. Add more water if needed.
