500 g linguine
700 g asparagus
1 cup(s) Ricotta cheese
Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup(s) milk
olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Trim and peel the rough bottom part of the asparagus spears. Cook in salted boiling water, drain and cut into small pieces.

In a skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the asparagus and sauté briefly. Stir in the Ricotta and season with salt and pepper.

Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and add to the asparagus. Pour in the milk and toss.

Serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan.
