300 g porcini mushrooms
300 g ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
parsley, chopped
olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Wash and chop the mushrooms. In a skillet over medium heat, warm 6 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the garlic and parsley and when they start to brown, add the mushrooms.

Season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring, until the juices start to evaporate. Add the tomatoes and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
