1 kg small shrimp in their shell
2 tablespoon(s) flour
1/2 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) water
1 egg
1 teaspoon(s) cumin
salt and pepper
oil, for frying

Wash and shell the shrimp. Mix flour, milk, water, cumin and egg to form a thin batter.

Heat 1 cup oil in a large skillet. Dip the shrimp in the batter and deep fry. Spread the shrimp in kitchen paper to absorb the oil and sprinkle with salt and cumin.
