1/2 kg ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
cooking oil
salt and pepper
1 kg fried eggplant
2 cup(s) yogurt salad
1 tablespoon(s) pine nuts or chopped pecans

In a large skillet sauté the onion until translucent, then add beef and seasonings and cook until the juices are absorbed.

Fry eggplants according to recipe (see below).

Place the ground beef and fried eggplants in a pot and cook over slow flame, stirring frequently.

Spread in shallow serving dish and top with the yogurt salad (see recipe below). Sprinkle with nuts and serve at room temperature.
