In a large saucepan heat some vegetable oil and sauté the onions until translucent. Add ground meat and sauté until all juices are absorbed. Add tomato, sugar, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes, covered. Lower heat and add okra, stirring constantly.
in a small pan sauté garlic with salt and coriander. Toss over the okra and meat mixture and stir. Simmer for 5-7 more minutes.
