This is a basic tahini sauce that you can use in many dishes, like Babaghannuug. You can also eat it on each own.

1 cup(s) tahini
4 clove(s) garlic, mashed
1-2 cup(s) water
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 tablespoon(s) vinegar
1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin
parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Add all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process/blend until the mixture is smooth.

NOTES: Use 1-2 cups of water depending on how thick you want your sauce.
