Melt butter in large skillet. Add chicken and brown both sides. Remove from skillet. Add flour, sugar, mustard, cinnamon, ginger and 1/2 teaspoon salt to drippings in pan. Stir to a smooth paste. Slowly add orange juice and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Add chicken breasts. Cover, lower heat and simmer until chicken is tender, 25-30 min.
