2 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 1/4 hot water
salt to taste
In a saucepan, sauté bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from saucepan. Heat some vegetable oil and sauté onion, celery and garlic for 10min.
Blend in flour and cook mixture over low heat, stirring frequently, for 5min.
Add bacon and stir. Add apple juice, curry powder, tomato paste, sugar, lemon juice, bouillon cubes and water. Add salt to taste. Cook the mixture, covered, over low heat for 45min.
Add cream, chicken and stir. After 2-3 minutes remove from heat and serve.
NOTES: Boil the chicken 1 hour before you make the recipe. You can use 1-3 teaspoons curry powder, according to your liking.
