1 kg chicken wings
1/3 cup(s) water
1/3 cup(s) soy sauce
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
1 tablespoon(s) dry sherry
1 tablespoon(s) ginger, powdered
1 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Uncover and increase heat to high. Cook 10-15 more minutes or until the sauce thickens, stirring frequently.

Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
