This mild sauce is a great match for the strong flavor of salmon. You can use this sauce on any stir-fry as well.

4 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
3 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
2 teaspoon(s) water
2 teaspoon(s) rice vinegar
3 clove(s) garlic, minced
oil, for greasing grill and salmon
Preheat grill at 180-200 C.
Brush the salmon fillets and grill grates with the oil. Grill the fillets for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
In the meantime prepare the sauce. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, water and garlic. Whisk until smooth.
Serve the salmon fillets topped with the peanut sauce.
NOTES: Accompany with jasmine rice and cucumber salad.
