2 bananas
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
4 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
1/2 cup(s) white rum
1 lime, the juice

Peel the bananas and halve lengthwise.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bananas for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Add sugar and pour in the rum. Cook for 2 minutes. Flambé.

Sprinkle with lime juice and serve at once.
