This is a typical British pudding.

300 ml milk
4 eggs, beaten
olive oil
250 g flour
freshly ground black pepper
salt

Preheat the oven at 220 C.

Place the eggs and milk in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and stir well. Whisk in the flour.

Grease a pudding tin with the oil. Pour in the batter until three quarters full.

Place the tin in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the pudding is puffy.

Remove from oven and serve.
