1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup(s) cold water
180 g white meat of tuna, drained
2 cup(s) mayonnaise
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup(s) stuffed green olives, chopped
2 tablespoon(s) capers
Watercress for garnish

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Place over very low heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved.

Combine tuna fish, mayonnaise, eggs, olives and capers. Add dissolved gelatin and mix.

Pour into an oiled plate and refrigerate overnight.

Unfold onto a serving platter and garnish with watercress.

NOTES: As a salad luncheon, garnish with avocado slices, peeled tomato wedges and Bibb lettuce.
Serves : 15-20 or 6-8 for salad
