Just what the name says! Use it in any kind of pie.
2 1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) butter
3 tablespoon(s) ice water
In a blender mix together all the ingredients.
Gather all the dough together and shape into a ball with your hands. Wrap in a plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Split the dough in 2 and roll out each piece with a rolling pin. Sprinkle the dough with flour to keep it from sticking to the rolling pin or table.
Put the first pie crust in a baking pan. Fill with the filling of your liking, cover with the second pie crust and bake.
