In a large saucepan combine white sugar, black sugar, butter, milk, pumpkin and pumpkin spice. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Let boil for 5-6 minutes.
Remove saucepan from heat and stir in the chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, pecans and vanilla extract. Stir well to mix.
Butter a medium baking pan and pour in the mixture. Let it cool to reach room temperature. Cut into squares.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in air-tight containers.
