grilled meat cubes on skewers. Try them with pita bread and tzatziki!
1 1/2 kg pork
2 lemons, their juice
3 tablespoon(s) oregano
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
wooden skewers
Remove the bones from the meat and cut it in small cubes. Add salt. pepper, oregano and thread it on skewers. Pour the olive oil over the meat. Cook them on a barbecue or a grill for 15-20 minutes or until brown on all sides. When they are ready sprinkle with lemon juice and oregano.
