Delicious tuna salad with celery, mayo and olives. This recipe will come in handy when you are stuck with leftover vegetables! You can add more veggies according to your liking.

4-5 big Calamata olives, cut and pitted
2 tablespoon(s) light mayonnaise
110 g tuna, from a can, drained
2 tablespoon(s) celery, chopped
2 tablespoon(s) carrot, grated
3-4 broccoli florets
Drain the tuna and crumble to pieces.
Wash and cut the vegetables and put them in a salad bowl. Add the tuna, mayonnaise and mix well.
