Easy to make snack. You can use halloumi instead of feta.

2 lettuce leaves
1 pita bread
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) feta cheese, crumbled
1 cherry tomato
oregano
1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) spring onion, sliced

Preheat the grill. Chop the lettuce leaves, slice the cherry tomato and spring onion and put in a bowl; toss with olive oil and oregano.

Place the feta crumbles on a baking sheet and grill for 2-3 minutes. Grill the pita bread for 1-2 minutes.

Tuck the salad and cheese inside the pita, fold, and eat immediately.
