Simple but yummy tuna salad with lettuce, caper and white balsamic vinegar.
1 tablespoon(s) onion, chopped
1 tablespoon(s) caper
200 g lettuce
110 g canned tuna
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
Chop the onion and put it in a small bowl filled with water and 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Wash and chop the lettuce.
In a large bowl or platter assort the lettuce leaves and the tuna, crumbled. Drain the onion and add it to the salad. Finally add the caper, 1 tablespoon vinegar, some olive oil and mix well.
