20 tortillas
500 g cheddar cheese, grated
3 tablespoon(s) small jar chopped green olives with pimientos
500 g Red beans
50 g taco seasoning
4 medium size avocados, 2 choped, 2 mashed
6 tablespoon(s) hot picante sauce
4 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
120 g ripe olives, chopped
2 teaspoon(s) onion grated
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
2 teaspoon(s) green chili, chopped and seeded
1 cup(s) green onions, minced
2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped

Make the avocado dip as follows: avocado, picante sauce hot, lemon juice, onion, seasoned salt. Blend them, cover and refrigerate for a night.

Assort the following ingredients on the tortillas, in layers.

1st layer: Red beans with taco seasoning.

2nd layer: Avocado dip

3rd layer: olives, green onions, green chilies, green olives with pimientos mixed together.

4th layer: tomatoes, chopped.

5th layer: Cheddar cheese, sprinkled at the top.

Fold and serve at room temperature.

NOTES:
Serves : 20 tortillas

Prep. Time : 1 hour
Cooking Time : 1 night freeze
