Oriental Mixed Vegetables with Shrimp

This is so quick and easy to make. if you wish you can add 1 cup noodles to the mix or 1 cup boiled basmati rice.

2 cup(s) oriental mix (soya shoots, cabbage, carrots, bamboo, leeks, onion, black fungus, peapods etc)
1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
100 g oyster and spring onions sauce
2 cup(s) small shrimp, shelled
1 tablespoon(s) oil for stir-frying

Heat some oil in a wok or skillet. Add the vegetable mix, shrimp, sesame oil and sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
1 minute before the end, stir in the soy and oyster and spring onions sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with spring onion circlets.
