Wash the zucchini flowers in plenty of water, remove the stems and stamens. Whisk together the feta and yellow cheese, 2 tablespoons of flour and the egg. Add parsley, pepper and little salt. Mix lightly.
Place a heaping spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each zucchini flower and close by pressing the tips of the flower together.
Dredge the stuffed flowers in the flour and deep-fry them, until golden.
