2 teaspoon(s) fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 kg pleurotus mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 1/2 cup(s) chicken stock

Cut the mushrooms into thick slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan add the mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, salt and pepper and sauté for 1 more minute.

Finally add the chicken broth and the lemon juice and let them simmer for 8 minutes.

Season with fresh parsley.
