Noodles with mushrooms and beef in a lemon-sherry sauce!
3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 tablespoon(s) sherry
2 egg yolks
3/4 cup(s) water
400 g mushrooms, chopped
700 g lean ground beef
1 big onion, chopped
1 cup(s) egg noodles
2 tablespoon(s) butter

Put the noodles into a heat-resistant bowl and cover them with boiling water. Let them be for 20 minutes, then drain.
Melt the butter in an frying-pan, add the onions, and sauté for 10 minutes or until translucent. Add the beef, mushrooms, and noodles. Increase the heat to high and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the water and cook for 10 more minutes over low heat. Add salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix together the egg yolks, lemon juice, and sherry. Pour the egg mixture over the beef and noodles and stir. Serve immediately.
