300 g chicory
300 g endives
1/3 cup(s) olive oil
3 tablespoon(s) white balsamico vinegar
salt and pepper
400 g spinach
Clean and chop the vegetables. Boil them in a pot full of salted water until they are soft. Remove from fire, drain and let them cool.
Pour the vinegar and oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
