The various fruit give this salad an interesting twist

1/2 cup(s) fresh coriander leaves
2 medium sized apples
3-4 mint leaves
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
12-15 green grapes, seedless
12-15 black grapes, seedless
2 medium sized oranges
1 medium sized cucumber
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 teaspoon(s) chaat masala
2 bulbs spring onions
1 medium sized capsicum
2 green chiilies
Wash and core the apples, cut into halves and slice to make thin pieces. Apply 1 tablespoon lemon juice immediately to prevent discolouration.
Wash green and black grapes and cut them into 2. Peel oranges and separate the segments. Remove seeds and halve each one of them.
Peel cucumber, cut into half lengthwise and slice into thin pieces. Wash and cut the tomatoes into two. Remove and discard seeds and cut into thin strips.
Wash and cut the capsicum into two. Remove and discard seeds and cut into thin strips. Peel, wash, halve spring onions and cut into thin slices.
Clean, wash and finely chop fresh coriander and mint leaves. Wash, remove stems and finely chop green chillies. Mix chopped coriander and mint leaves, green chillies, salt, chaat masala and the remaining lemon juice to make a dressing.
Toss the prepared fruit in the dressing and serve chilled.
