Grate the tomatoes and chop the onions. Put them in a bowl with the minced chicken. Strain the soaked bread and add it into the bowl. Add parsley, milk, eggs, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix the ingradients. Work the mixture well in order to become solid and soft.
Mold the burgers. Spread some olive oil into the baking tin and bake the burgers until they are done. Serve hot with rice or fried potatoes.
