Just try them and your party will take a delicious tune!
1 egg yolk beaten
150 g Brie cheese, cut in bites
1 package frozen puff pastry shells
seedless green grapes, apple slices
Roll out thawed pastry shells for each brie bite. Place one shell on bottom of Brie and one shell on top. Fold sides together to completely cover the cheese.
Brush the shells with the egg yolk.
Bake the brie shells for 10 minutes in high heat, reduce heat and bake for 20 minutes more or until the crust is slightly browned.
