15 Small stuffed olives
2 tablespoon(s) butter
150 g cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup(s) flour
1 tablespoon(s) dry cherry
2 dashes cayenne pepper
Let the butter and cheese to soften until they reach room temperature.
Cream together cheese and butter.
Stir in flour, cayenne and cherry and mix well.
Wrap one teaspoon of the mixture around each olive, covering it completely. Put the olive surprises on the freezer and let them chill.
Put the frozen surprises on a foil-lined cookie sheet and bake them until lightly browned. Serve hot!
