Stuffed eggs with salmon

Main Ingredients: salmon, egg, mayonaisse

Stuffed eggs with salmon -

salmon
8 boiled eggs
1/2 cup(s) mayonaisse
paprika or cayenne pepper
radishes
salt

Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and put them in a blender with the mayonaisse, salt and paprika or cayenne papper. Blend them until the mixture is smooth.

Fill each of the egg whites with a piece of salmon and cover with the mixture. Put them in a platter and garnish with radishes.
