Chicken curry

Main Ingredients: mushroom, chicken, curry

Chicken curry Quick and easy to make chicken recipe.

250 g skinless, boneless chicken breasts
100 g mushroom
1/2 clove(s) garlic
2 tablespoon(s) curry powder
1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1 onion

Chop the chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
In a bowl add the chicken pieces, the curry powder, the olive oil and the garlic. Mix them well and leave the mixture to marinate for 30 minutes.
 
Add the mixture in a large skillet and cook it on medium heat for 5 minutes stirring regularly. Add the mushroom and the onion an cook for another 10 minutes.  

NOTES: You could also add mustard to the mix while marinating. Another option is to use white wine at the end of the cooking process.
