Main Ingredients: chicken, milk, egg, bread

Firakh Mihammara (Fried chicken) Chicken pieces marinated in milk and nutmeg and deep fried.

1 chicken, boned and cut to pieces
2 cup(s) milk
2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
2 eggs
2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
bread crumbs
oil, for frying
salt and pepper

Pour the milk into a large bowl and add the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces , cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Beat the eggs with 2 teaspoons olive oil, salt and pepper. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden.
