A sauce that goes on many plates!
1 cup(s) lemon juice
1 cup(s) stock (beef or chicken)
2 eggs
Beat the eggs with the lemon juice. Add gradually the stock and stir constantly while the sauce is heated. Do not let the sauce boil. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
