Easy to make and delicious Greek dessert! It's also called "Salami" because of its looks. |

120 g petit beurre biscuits |

1/2 cup(s) sugar, powdered |
 |
|
1 tablespoon(s) brandy |
 |
|
3 tablespoon(s) cocoa powder |
 |
|
1 egg |
 |
|
90 g butter, at room temperature |
 |
|
 |
Crumble the biscuits and put in bowl. Sprinkle with the brandy.
In another bowl mix together the sugar, cocoa, egg and butter. Add the moist biscuits and mix all the ingredients well with a spoon.
Spread the mixture on an aluminum foil and roll. Put the mosaico in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve cut 1/2 inch slices and keep the rest in the freezer. |
